O3C “Iron Sharpens Iron” is dedicated to guiding boys and young men, ages 9-25, to grow and develop strength, character, and leadership.

Through mentorship and a supportive brotherhood, we aim to cultivate men who uplift one another, serve their communities, and strive righteously for excellence in every aspect of life.
